Ep. 82: For My sake

MATTHEW 19:23-30, MARK 10:23-31, LUKE 18:24-30

This is the point when the disciples realised what an ‘upside down’ world the Kingdom of Heaven actually was. Not good for rich people and seemed to encourage the leaving behind of family and possessions … for his sake.

What would we give up … for his sake? The reward is tremendous … eternal life and more. But many will find the sacrifice too hard, many who are first will be last and many who are last will be first. Where will we be in this queue? He may not be asking us to sacrifice everything … perhaps just one thing … for his sake.
